With urban farming on the rise, there's a plethora of local produce available. In this series participants explore the dynamic range of fruits and veggies from our region and discovers classic culinary techniques to highlight clean flavors.

Sourcing the best ingredients to optimize both health benefits and flavor when cooking requires a savvy knowledge of how to navigate sustainable agriculture. We take a deep dive into the farmer’s market tables to uncover the most seasonal and unique locally grown produce in an effort to truly hone in on cooking with the freshest and ripest ingredients.

Our curriculum for this 8 part series highlights mastery of basic cooking methods to foster the cleanest preparation for these wonderfully vibrant ingredients. A few advanced culinary techniques are sprinkled in as we explore the best approach to maximizing on taste and texture.
